What a six-month period it has been! Along with “A 1940’s Childhood”, closely followed by “A 1950’s Childhood”, both for audiobook publisher W F Howes, Alan was contacted by best-selling author Keith A Pearson and asked to narrate his new novel “The Strange Appeal of Dougie Neal”. A wonderful rom com with a lovely twist, Dougie Neal is now available on Audible (and other outlets!).
Slightly more recently the best-selling author Jack Gatland offered Alan the opportunity to narrate his latest novel, which introduces Tom Marlowe, a secret agent with a difference, “Sleeping Soldiers”. This is the first in a series of books to feature Marlowe and Alan had an absolute ball narrating this espionage thriller! “Sleeping Soldiers” is now available wherever you get your audiobooks from!
Also, recently completed but yet to hit the streets is the latest Yorkshire mystery thriller starring Detective Inspecter Daniel Ward. Written by the wonderfully talented Meg Jolly, “The Power We Exploit is book 5 in the series and sees a murderous Santa on the loose!
